Anyone can train and get big. It’s another thing to be able to pass that knowledge to someone else.
I’ve been training for a long time, but even I need pointers and tips.
I consulted with Charles, who was able to not only analyze what I was currently doing and give me focused feedback and suggestions, but also suggest a significant change to my training that I never considered. First day I tried it, it hurt like hell.
Definitely will be adding to my routine and looking forward to the results.
