Description
- Hate working out and absolutely won’t do it unless there’s someone putting the fear of God in you?
- One-on-one personal training is too “expensive” but you still want that personal touch?
- Want to train alongside a significant other, friend, relative, coworker, complete stranger off the street for that extra push?1Receive motivation either from their encouragement or your elevated ego boost as you find out how superior you are to them.
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then yes, you need Monster Longe’s Group Training in your life!
Tell Me More About Group Training
The concept is simple. The more frequently you work out, the lower my base rate of $70 per session drops as long as you’re willing to be around others as you make ugly faces, curse like a sailor, make weird grunting sounds, and sweat your ass off.2Others have to be willing to put up with the same shit from you, too. You know, basically look like a hot mess!
What Goes On During Group Training
- Receive instruction on proper form to reduce injury risk and derive greater benefit out of an exercise.
- Learn how to connect the mind to the muscle so you’re not just moving weight but working the intended muscle.
- Get shown ways to maximize your time and train in the most efficient manner.
- Be taken out of your comfort zone as you’re pushed to, and beyond, your physical and mental limits.
- Discover whether people really want you to succeed or if you’re the jerk of the bunch as you wipe the gym floor with them in the most humiliating way possible to show them how pussy they are compared to you.
- Experience more sarcasm than you know what to do with.
How Group Training Works
My base rate is $75 per session to provide private instruction for an hour on a one-off basis or if you didn’t want to make a long-term commitment. If, however, you want to train more frequently, the price of a single session falls anywhere from $40-$60 depending on the amount of days we’ll be working together during the week. Now, let’s say that you wanted to work out four times per week for a month. That would come out to $1500 if charged by my base rate or $800 if prepaid in advance. Depending on your budget, both may be too pricey.
Rather than doing either, you can work out in a group four times a week for $400, which amounts to $25 per workout over the course of 30 days instead of $40 or $75. That’s just one example of how the price lowers the more you work out in a group setting as opposed to being alone. Refer to the chart for more details.
