Yup, when there’s a snack in a package with multiple servings in it, you shouldn’t eat directly from the bag or box because you make it easier to eat mindlessly and take in excess calories. Instead, what you should do is pour out a single serving of a snack into a separate vessel. That way, you won’t continue eating past the point of what’s needed.
