Weight Loss Tip: no.2950
Holiday food isn’t guaranteed to set you back.
Care to guess why?
Yup, you shouldn’t be worried about ruining your progress with holiday food because holiday food, like any other food during the year, isn’t inherently fattening. The foods associated with any particular holiday are only fattening when you eat too much of them in totality over an extended period of time. So given that each individual holiday is one day out of 365 with many days between them, nothing is going to happen to your waistline with one instance of overeating or partaking in food that’s normally restricted if you’ve been on track with your calorie intake the days prior and get back on track immediately after. The problem, as stated before, is when that pattern of indulgence consists.
