Before receiving a spot from a stranger in the gym, be sure to run down a list of reasons why they’re going to end up lifting more of the weight than you are.
You know, stuff like how you’re dealing with an injury…or coming back from a break from the gym…or just worked a double shift…or had a poor night’s sleep…or that you present as male but because you were actually born as a cis woman, you don’t have the muscle mass and strength of a biological man and your hormone replacement therapy hasn’t kicked in yet.
Yeah, stuff like that most certainly won’t make them hate you for interrupting their workout for bullshit!
