As you can tell by the use of the word “misconception”, the idea that fat makes you fat is, shall we say, wrong as fawk!
Yup, eating fat doesn’t make you fat.

I’m not a registered dietitian or nothin’, so that’s beyond my expertise.
But if I had to venture a guess, I would say that routinely going over your total daily calories might be a start!
