Whether it’s a paper tracking the pounds you’ve lost, or a sheet logging how many times you’ve worked out during the week, or a picture of you showing off your progress, display it in a prominent place to rub what you’re doing in the face of all who’ll see it.
NOTE: If you ever get accused of hanging shit up to boast and put others down about their body, don’t be truthful in admitting that they’re 1000% right that’s why you’re doing it. Instead, say that the plastering of your compliance charts and progress photos everywhere they can be regularly seen is for the sole purpose of helping to motivate you to keep up the hard work. Exactly, LIE!!!
