JUST THE TIP #2425

Taking a 15-minute walk to the store instead of driving the half mile. Climbing the stairs in favor of riding the elevator. Not parking in the closest spot to the entrance. Taking calls while standing. Pacing the sideline of your kid’s sporting event. Walking around during TV commercials. Doing chores like putting dishes away and folding laundry. Small activities like those add up to burn additional calories to supplement those burned by exercise.

So yeah, being active outside of the gym shouldn’t be only limited to passing gas and fleeing the scene before someone can pin the blame on you!
