There are several things in life you can skip, like rope and out on your wife and kids. One of the things you shouldn’t skip, however, is meals!
Intentionally missing breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or some other opportunity for food because of time constraints, lack of appetite, or as part of a dieting strategy can throw off your body’s hunger-fullness cues, which can cause you to overeat and take in more calories than you need at the next feeding.
