Eighty percent of those who make resolutions will abandon them by the second week of February, so you won’t be alone if you already want to quit your health and fitness goals for the new year. However, instead of joining that group by completely abandoning your resolution, what you should do is start over with a different approach or smaller goal that better suits your time, energy, and resources.
As for abandoning your wife and kids like a tip from a few days ago said it was okay to do, that advice was shared in jest. You shouldn’t still be pondering whether or not you actually want to follow through with it!
