Why make yourself vulnerable to others when they can rebuff and hurt you?
Just keep your feelings bottled up inside and never put yourself out there.

With that in mind, why try to better yourself when it’s going to make you unable to move your body the next morning?
I mean, soreness goes away with training regularity, but putting up with it until the body adjusts and then having to keep exercising so it doesn’t come back?
