Exercise vs. Training

When it comes to exercise vs. training, which comes out on top? Here's a hint: It's not the shit you're doing!

Ummmmmm, what’s with the “exercise vs. training” stuff in the url link, as if one is better than the other?

How can one be better when they’re the same thing?!?!

I know, you’re perplexed.

Flummoxed, even!

You shouldn’t be though, because exercising and training are NOT the same thing, as it clearly says in the graphic.

But since it’s breaking news to you that there’s a difference between exercising and training, allow me to break it down for you.

But first, how much time do you have on your hands?

Not much, huh?

Well, considering that everyone loves an analogy and you’re part of everyone, here’s a fancy schmancy collation for ya that’ll have you understanding in no time!

Exercising is going on a Sunday drive, where you just hop in the car and go wherever the road leads you because you just want to take in the scenery, feel the wind blow through your hair, whatever.

Training is driving with an exact destination in mind and estimated time of arrival.

If you’re going to the gym without a plan, then you’re merely exercising and should probably reevaluate what the fuck you’re doing.

Speaking of which, you probably need to reevaluate a lot of shit in your life.

I’m talking oodles!

Welp, that’s it.
