You want the body of your dreams but can’t find the time to get off your ass and sculpt it.

Trust me, I sympathize.

After sleeping and working are accounted for, there just aren’t enough hours in the day to squeeze going to the gym in. I mean, especially with you having to binge watch all the Star Wars movies before you spend a week waiting in line outside a theater to be among the first to be disappointed by the latest offering.

There’s just no time to work out with such a hectic schedule!

Hmmmm…

On second thought, it looks like you have time.

Loads of it, in fact!

You’re just choosing to spend it on things that have nothing to do with your goal.

You’re giving those things precedence.

So the issue isn’t a matter of time but of priority.

So as much as you say you want to lose weight, build muscle, whatever, your action — or lack of it — speaks to how badly you really want what you say you do.

And those who really want to change their body (or do anything else that’s productive and to their mental, physical, financial betterment) find a way.

Those who don’t find an excuse.

…and a comfortable chair to continue sitting in so they don’t have to get off their ass.
