How Much Protein Should You Eat A Day?
Q: How much protein should you eat a day? I run an OnlyFans account that I make daily content for and oral sex vids with me swallowing are my consistent moneymakers. That’s why I try to make as many of them as possible! So yeah, I already get a fair amount of protein from that but how much more do I need?!?!

A: Protein plays an essential role in the structure, function, and regulation of the body. How much protein you need for the body to operate properly is 0.8 grams times your body weight in kilograms. That comes out to 0.36 grams per pound if going by the imperial system. So if you weigh 68 kg or 150 lbs, then you should eat 54g of protein per day. That’s the recommended daily amount (RDA) for protein and is just the bare minimum that a person needs to avoid malnutrition. The ideal amount of protein per day is closer to 1.2-1.8 grams per kilogram, which converts to 0.55-.82 grams per pound. That’s for a sedentary person, however.
Someone who’s more active and needs protein to support muscle growth and repair could do with more protein than what’s called for in general guidelines for those who don’t get a lot of movement in their day. Such an individual should instead aim for 1.4-2.4 grams per kilogram or 0.64-1.1 grams per pound.
In answer to your question, how much protein you need primarily depends on your activity level.1But if you want to be more specific about the amount of protein you should eat within a given range, factors like your goal and vital statistics also come into play. For instance, men typically have more muscle mass than women, which means they have higher protein needs. That being the case, a man who’s dieting and performing cardio and resistance training throughout the week would be at the higher end of the protein range than a woman of the same age, height, and weight doing the same thing as him with her nutrition and exercise program. Additionally, both of those respective individuals should consume a higher intake of protein to preserve muscle tissue as they lose weight while similarly situated individuals of either sex in maintenance and only lifting weights 1 or 2 times per week can do with less. That out of the way, what’s your OnlyFans account? Inquiring minds want to know for…ummmmm…research purposes 😉
Get back to me with that info so I can share it with my handful of followers, who are also like me in their desire to help support those with the…ummmmm…entrepreneurial spirit. Yeah, that’s the ticket!
Now, does anyone else have a fitness or nutrition question of their own that they want to ask?
