Increase your calorie burn by combining physical activity with a sedentary activity that you already do.

For example, perform jumping jacks and other simple exercises during commercial breaks while watching TV. Set a reminder at work to get up and walk a few minutes every hour. Stand up while masturbating instead of sitting or lying down and getting all comfy. Y’know, stuff like that!
