While the life coaching I just gave was perfect because being a life coach is one of the many expectations of me, I’m a muhfuggin’ personal trainer, so let’s stick to the topic of fitness.
With that in mind, why try to better yourself when it’s going to make you unable to move your body the next morning?
I mean, soreness goes away with training regularity, but putting up with it until the body adjusts and then having to keep exercising so it doesn’t come back?
