You’re not doing the necessary work to attain your goal.

Oh, but you go to the gym and work out, you say!

Well, whoopty-fucking-doo!

Why?

Because contrary to what you think, exercising is a very, very teensy-weensy part of the weight loss equation.

Yes, working out is good but not as good as you think when it comes to shedding pounds.

What you do (or don’t) put in your mouth is the ultimate arbiter of success.

If you’re like the average person (which you bloody are), this is where you’re dropping the ball.

You’re going out on the weekends and drinking, eating garbage, not weighing your food, not tracking what you eat, and then wondering why you’re not seeing the desired results.

Gee, it beats me!

Save the lies you tell yourself about things that get in the way of you doing what’s expected of you outside of the gym.

Not having the time, traveling, your loser ass finally getting invited to go out and not wanting to appear weird by not eating or drinking what everyone else is eating or drinking, whatever, are just excuses.

Why do I know they’re excuses?

Because you’re full of ’em and I expect no less from you by now.

That’s why!
