Results: the expected fruits of your labor, a change in your body, from working out and eating right without actually laboring to work out and eat right, which is a kinda sorta necessary condition of body changing.

You’re still eating like you have the forgiving metabolism of a teenager.

On top of that, you don’t make it to the gym on a consistent basis.

…and when you do, you half-ass it.

So where are your motherfucking gains, you ask?!?!

Why aren’t you seeing any fucking results, dammit?!?!

I appreciate you thinking I know shit about fitness, but I don’t know why the fuck you’re looking at me for an explanation!
